Responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team and the sales efforts that support Imperial’s membership growth goals. Manage the sales process in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders. Will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of salespeople.

SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with Imperial’s marketing department on lead generation.
Meet the planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of salespeople.
Development of the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Manage the marketing budget.
Prepare marketing campaigns in accordance with the marketing budget.
Develop and manage relationships with marketing vendors.
Lead the digital marketing efforts across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Lead the sales and marketing web page designs and functionality EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
3 Years of experience in planning and implementing successful sales strategies.
3 Years of experience in customer relationship management.
3 Years of experience managing and directing a sales team.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY:

Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong phone/customer service skills LICENSURE/CERTIFICATE/TRAINING:
Accident and Health Agent (A&H) license or a Full Life Agent license (which includes Life, Accident, and Health)
